Start 'em young!

With a continuously running clock do:
 1 Strict Handstand Push-up on the 1st minute
  2 Strict Handstand Push-ups on the 2nd minute
   3 Strict Handstand Push-ups on the 3rd...

Continue as long as possible. Fraction sets if needed.

For Rx use 15's+ABMAT/10's+ABMAT, Rx+ use 45's/25's + ABMAT, followed by

How many rounds can you do in 20 minutes of:
 10 Chest To Bar Pull-ups
  20 Push-ups
   30' Overhead Walking Lunges (45/25)
    400 m Run

For Rx+ wear a vest (specify weight on the board).

Extra: Flip the big tire and/or drag the small. Play around with sledgehammers as well.
