Mobility, then

Barbell Bench Press + 1 arm Rows 7-7-7-7-7,... (use roughly 50% of whatever is on the bench for Rows), followed by

How many rounds can you do in 12 minutes of:
 9 Air Squats
  6 T Push-ups
   3 Strict Pull-ups (chest to bar if possible)

 9 Weighted Squats (45/15)
  6 T Push-ups (on 45's/15's)
   3 Weighted Chest To Bar Pull-ups (25/10)

Extra: Handstand & Double Under drills
