Mobility, followed by

Every 60-90 seconds with increasing loads do:
Basic: Hang Clean + Front Squat
Advanced: Hang Squat Clean + FS + Jerk (make jumps smaller and focus on the jerks), then

Three rounds for time of:
  21 Air Squats
   15 Burpees
    9 Deadlifts (use the same bar or adjust loads)

 21 Wall Balls
  15 Burpees over the Bar (keep hands clean)
   9 Deadlifts (same bar; 225/123 minimum; no load adjustments)

Extra: Muscle Snatch + Power Snatch + Squat Snatch/OHS practice and extra mobility
