Every 60-90 seconds with small increases do:
 Hang Power Snatch + Paused Overhead Squat 1-1-1-1..., then

10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 reps for time of:
  Toes To Bar
   Thrusters (45/33)

Knees To Elbows
   Thrusters (2x35/2x25)

Extra: Deadlift 3-3-3-3-3... (no belts; not all out; off elevation if desired)
