Every 2 minutes for 10 minutes at the same load do:
Front Squat 3-3-3-3-3 (bar must be cleaned), then
How many rounds can you do in 11 of:
3 Handstand Push-ups (25's+ABMAT/15's+ABMAT; first 5 rds strict)
5 Box Jumps (24/20)
7 Swings (55/35)
For Rx+ do HSPU's on 45's+ABMAT/25's+ABMAT, jump on 28/24 & swing more weight.
Extra: Snatch or Overhead Squat practice of any kind
