Basic: Push Press x2 + Push Jerk x2
Advanced: Push Press x3 + Push Jerk x2 + Jerk x1 (can be any jerk, so 3x Push Jerk is acceptable), then
With a continuously running clock do:
1 Front Squat on the 1st minute (cleaned; same load or adjust as needed)
2 Front Squats on the 2nd minute
3 Front Squats on the 3rd...
Continue as long as possible. Fraction sets as needed.
