MJ with a vacation handstand

Basic: 3 Hang Power Snatches + 3 Overhead Squats (unbroken)
Advanced: 3 High Hang Squat Snatches aka Barski Snatch (unbroken)

With a continuously running clock do:
 1 Front Squat (use the same bar or pick load) on the 1st minute
  2 Front Squats on the 2nd minute
   3 Front Squats on the 3rd minute

Continue as long as possible. Fraction sets if necessary. Squat Clean counts as a Front Squat.

Extra: DB or BB Bench Press & 1 arm Rows 10-10-10-...
