Every 60-90 seconds with small increases in loads do:
 Basic: Power Clean + Hang Power Clean
 Advanced: Power Clean + Hang Power Clean + Jerk, then

How many rounds can you do in 10 minutes of:
5 Handstand Push-ups (25's+ABMAT/10's+ABMAT; strict for the first 5 rounds)
 10 Box Jumps (24/20)
  15 Sit-ups

For Rx+ do HSPU's on 45's & 25's + ABMAT, Box Jump Overs & Sit-ups stay the same.
