 1 Strict Handstand Push-up (45's+ABMAT/25's+ABMAT)
  1 Weighted Pull-up (45/25)
   1 Pistol (each side)
2 Strict Handstand Push-ups
 2 Weighted Pull-ups
  2 Pistols (each side)...3...3...3...4...

Scale as needed, followed by:

How many rounds can you do in 10 minutes of:
 3 Ring Muscle Ups (2 for ladies)
  7 Hang Power Cleans (use DB's or KB's, pick loads)
   21 Double Unders

Extra: Push Press + Jerk practice (light/moderate - save the shoulders for HSPU's)
