OMG! We got a new site!

Every 90 seconds with increasing loads do:

 Basic: Power Clean + Front Squat + Jerk
  Advanced: Squat Clean + Hang Squat Clean + Jerk, then

How many rounds can you do in 10 minutes of:
 4 Handstand Push-ups (25's+ABMAT/10's+ABMAT; strict)
  8 Box Jumps (24/20)
   12 One Arm Snatches (35/25; total reps)

For Rx+ use 45's/25's, Box Jump Overs & 55/35

Extra: Snatch practice of any kind
