Post workout feels

With a continuously running clock do:
1 Ring Dip on the 1st minute (Muscle Ups for Rx+)
2 Ring Dips on the 2nd minute
3 Ring Dips on the 3rd... 

Continue as long as possible. Fraction sets as needed.

How many rounds can you do in 15 minutes of:
 3 Power Snatches (pick load)
  6 Chest To Bar Pull-ups
   9 Burpees
    Rest 1 minute

Extra: 3 position Muscle Snatch (floor, below knee, above knee) + Paused Overhead Squat warm-up/practice
