How many rounds can you do in 20 minutes of:
 Rx (solo or in teams of 2 - reps stay the same):
  20 Hand Release Push-ups
   20 Wall Balls
    20 Deadlifts (pick load)

Rx+ (teams of 2; solo do 15-20-25)
 30 Bench Presses (pick load) 
  40 Back Squats (same load)
   50 Deadlifts (same load)
