Bent Over Row & Shoulder Press 5-5-5-5-5... (unbroken) plus practice Turkish Get-ups & work up to the load in between sets, then

How many rounds can you do in 10 minutes of:
 1 Turkish Get Up (each side; pick a challenging load) 
  3 Ring Dips
   5 Lunges (each side; walking or in place)
    7 Swings (same load as TGU if possible)

For Rx+ do Ring Muscle Ups (3 for men, 2 for ladies).

Extra: Deadlift 5-4-3-2-1-1-1... (no belts, off elevation if desired)
