Soc observing the class

Practice strict pull-ups (sets of 3) or strict Muscle Ups (banded or regular) x5-10 sets, then

Ten rounds for time of (20 min cap):
  1 Power Snatch (pick load)
   2 Overhead Squats (same bar)
    3 Strict Pull-ups
     4 Hand Release Push-ups

 1 Power Snatch (pick load; 115/63 minimum)
  3 Overhead Squats
   5 Strict Pull-ups
    7 Hand Release Push-ups

Extra: Go for a run or row and/or Practice DU's & handstands.
