How many rounds can you do in 21 minutes of:
 800 m Row
  60 Wall Balls
   40 Burpees
    20 Strict Pull-ups

 1000 m Row
  75 Wall Balls
   50 Burpees
    25 Ring Muscle Ups

Doing the workout in teams of 2 is a good idea, especially if you want to get more than 1 round.

Extra: Deadlift 5-4-3-2-1-1-1... (no belts; don't drop the bar)
