8 Toes To Bar 
12 Step Ups (each side)

Rx+
4 Handstand Push-ups (45s+10s+AB/45s+AB; 3 rds strict)
8 Knees To Elbows 
12 Pistols (total reps)

Extra: Back Squat 3x3 at the same loads
