Weigh-ins are done at the gym: CrossFit Evolution, 851 E SR 434, suite 208, in Longwood
Weigh-ins MUST be scheduled, no walk-ins.
Weigh-ins include body weight, body fat %, muscle %, visceral fat, and body measurements.
Weigh-in sessions are 15 minutes.
The "Before" weigh-in is within 2 days of Day 1 Start of the Nutrition Challenge.
The "After" weigh-in is within 2 days of the last day of the Nutrition Challenge.
If you would like a Nutrition Coaching session, let us know. It's $60.00 for 45 minutes, with Coach Monique.
The weigh-ins MUST be done on time and at the gym (not on your own) in order to be considered for PRIZES, if applicable.
If you are not local, and not competing for prizes, then you can send in your weigh-in to your Coach.
