This is for clients not interested in classes or those that want individualized training.
Your custom training program can focus on: Weight Loss, Cardio & Endurance Performance, CrossFit, Strength Training, Olympic Weightlifting, Sport-Specific, or whatever you want & need to reach your goals.

Training can also be customized based on any: previous or current injury or limitations, previous or current health or medical issues, or even a pure beginner fitness program.

All Personal Training clients will start with a free 15 min Consultation to go over your goals and the type of training/programming you are looking for.

Personal CrossFit Training
 $80 per hour for 1
 $120 per hour for 2

Custom Personal Training
 $100 per hour for 1
 $150 per hour for 2
