Group classes

Our classes include all ages (13-73), all sizes, and all fitness levels (beginner to experienced). Everyone CAN and DOES benefit from our program. You are never too old, too new, too weak, too heavy, or too out of shape for us! 
All you have to do is show up, enjoy working out in a group environment, and do your best. Of course, you won't go right into our classes, all new members start with Foundations 1st.
