Bring A Buddy Day

For Our Current Members:

On specific pre-set days (see below), we want to WELCOME your family, friends, co-workers, neighbors, & even that lady that always asks you where you work out… into our gym for one day to try us out. - Local Only: central FL -
Experience. Community. Results.

RULES:

  • You & your Buddy must be in the same class, & only on the set days (see below).

  • Your same Buddy may visit us for a MAX of 2 Buddy Days.

  • Your Buddy must arrive 5 min before class to sign a waiver.

  • Late Buddies will have to join the NEXT available class.

  • Your Buddy should understand that their workout will be adjusted by a coach as the coach sees fit.

  • Your Buddy needs to notify the coach of all injuries & limitations that may affect their workout or health.

  • There is NO LIMIT to how many Buddies you can bring to the same class.

NOTES:

  • Our programming is done weeks in advance, so Buddy Days are selected for days without complex lifting, this is why the days will change.

  • Buddy Days will be posted & updated on this page.

  • Inexperienced CrossFit Buddies will need Foundations training, if they decide to join the gym. More Info HERE

  • Experienced CrossFit Buddies can join classes immediately.
