Our 6 Week Beginner Challenges are for all ages and all fitness levels. Even our 50+ Masters group are killing their workouts! So no matter where you are… you really just need to show up.
We know it can feel intimidating, but it doesn't have to be. We have created a safe, fun, & effective results-oriented program just for you. It's never too late to get healthy, to get fit, and to feel better.

About us

CrossFit Evolution is the oldest CrossFit gym in all of Central Florida. We have been coaching people of all ages, abilities, shapes, & sizes... to a healthier and more fit life since February 2007. Not once have we found someone who could not benefit from our program. You are never too old, too weak, too heavy, or too out of shape for us! 

Our unique small group beginner challenges have been running for 2+ years now and they have been a hit! Join us for the next one and see what can happen when you have the right coaching, the right nutrition, and the right support. All you have to do is show up. We will take care of the rest.  

Challenge Details

The Challenges are for beginners and run for 6 weeks. Everyone gets their official BEFORE and AFTER weigh-in, body fat %, muscle %, visceral fat, and measurements of the back/chest, waist, hips, and thighs. You'll get an easy to follow & customized meal plan as well. You'll attend 3 coach-led fitness classes a week. If you miss a class... don't worry, you'll get a chance to make it up.

You will be inspired. You will be motivated. You will break out of your comfort zone.

RESULTS VARY but we have seen challengers lose 20+ lbs, lose 7+% body fat, lose 6+ inches OFF the waist, and lose 7+ inches OFF the hips in just 6 weeks! These results are from OUR challengers from OUR gym. Everyone CAN get amazing results when they put in the effort. You WILL end up LOVING your new exercise program AND the new YOU!
