For time:
 800 meter Bumper Run (25/15)
  60 Sit-ups
   40 Box Jumps (24/20)
    20 Handstand Push-ups (15's+ABMAT/10's+ABMAT, first 10 reps strict)

For Rx+ carry 45/25, do Weighted Sit-ups (45/25), jump on 24/20 & do HSPU's on 45's+ABMAT/25's+ABMAT.
