  Snatches & Overhead Squats

Snatches & Overhead Squats

With increasing loads for roughly 10 minutes each do:
 Power Clean + Push Press + Jerk 1-1-1... followed by Power Clean & Jerk 1-1-1..., then

21-18-15-12-9 reps for time of:
 Swings (55/35)
  Push-ups

For Rx+ use more weight & Hand Release Push-ups

Extra: Practice Muscle Ups or Pull-ups for 10-15 minutes.
