   6 Pull-ups
    3 HSPU's (15's+ABMAT/10's+ABMAT; first 5 rounds strict)

 Rx+
  9 Air Squats
   6 Chest To Bar Pull-ups
    3 HSPU's (45's+ABMAT/25's+ABMAT; first 5 rounds strict)
