Every 90 -120 seconds with small increases for 5-7 sets do:
 Back Squat 3-3-3-3-3..., then

Three rounds for time of (15 min cap):
 Rx
  12 Knees To Elbows
   21 Push Presses (75/53)

 Rx+  
  7 Bar Muscle Ups (5 for ladies)
   21 Push Presses (115/73 or adjust if needed)

Extra: Muscle Snatch + Power Snatch + Squat Snatch practice
