 Basic: Hang Power Clean + Front Squat 1-1-1-1... or
  Advanced: Hang Squat Clean + Jerk 1-1-1-1..., then

How many rounds can you do in 9 minutes of:
 9 Air Squats
  6 Toes To Bar
   3 Deadlifts (use the same bar or pick load)

Extra: Back Squat 3-3-3-3... (No belts, not all out)
