Deadlift 2-2-2-2-2..., then

In 13 minutes do:
 Rx
  900 meter Row
   60 Lunges (total steps; walking or in place)
    Max rep Handstand Push-ups in time remaining (15's+ABMAT; 10's+ABMAT, first 15 reps strict)

 Rx+
  1000 meter Row
   100 Walking Lunges (not in place!; total steps) 
    Max rep Handstand Push-ups in time remaining (45's+ABMAT/25's+ABMAT; first 15 reps strict)

Extra: Ring or Bar Muscle up drills of any kind or Climbing board if can't do pull-ups yet.
