 Overhead Squat 2-2-2-2-2-2-2... (snatched, no belts), then

How many rounds can you do in 10 minutes of:
 10 Swings (55/35)
  10 Box Jumps (24/20)
    1 Rope Climb

For Rx+ use more weight, do Box Jump Overs & climb legless (no jump for men).

Extra: DB Bench Press + Pull-overs 10-10-10-10...
