Depth Handstand Push-ups (strict) 5-5-5-5-5... superset with
RDL 5-5-5-5-5... (RDL doesn't go on the board - go light/medium load to get a good stretch), then

Rx
 How many rounds can you do in 10 minutes of:
  5 Pull-ups
   5 Box Jumps (24/20)
    5 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls (55/35)

Rx+
 With a continuously running clock do:
  1 Chest To Bar Pull-up on the 1st minute
   2 Chest To Bar Pull-ups on the 2nd minute
    3 Chest To Bar Pull-ups on the 3rd...

Continue as long as possible. Fraction sets as needed. 
Begin each minute with 5 Box Jumps (24/20).
