Rx (in teams of 2; solo do 25/50/75 reps)
 Run 800 meters
  50 Pull-ups
   Run 800 meters
    100 Push-ups
     Run 800 meters
      150 Air Squats

Rx+ "Murph" (do in teams of 2 or 3)
 1 mile Run
  100 Pull-ups
   200 Push-ups
    300 Air Squats
     1 mile Run

Partition the "Murph" as desired. Solo do 50-100-150. Wear weighted vests if you can.
