Every 2 minutes with small increases for 5-7 sets do:
 Back Squat 3-3-3-3-3..., then

Three rounds for time of (12 min cap):
 Rx
  9 Shoulder Presses (85/53 or pick load)
   15 Air Squats
    21 Double Unders

 Rx+
  9 Shoulder Presses (115/73 or pick load)
   15 Air Squats  
    50 Double Unders

Extra: Climbing board and/or Muscle Up practice of your choice (if possible).
