 Rx
  10 Double Unders
   10 Sit-ups
    1 Rope Climb

 Rx+ 
  30 Double Unders
   20 Sit-ups
    1 Legless Rope Climb (from seated for men)

Extra: Deadlift 3-3-3-3... (off elevation if desired; no belts; not all out)
