With a continuously running clock do:
 1 Strict Handstand Push-up on the 1st minute
  2 Strict Handstand Push-ups on the 2nd minute
   3 Strict Handstand Push-ups on the 3rd...

Continue as long as possible. Fraction sets as needed.

For Rx use 10's+ABMAT/ABMAT & for Rx+ use 25's+ABMAT/15's+ABMAT, then

How many rounds can you do in 15 minutes of:
 Rx
  9 Strict Pull-ups
   15 Shoulder Presses (65/45)
    21 Air Squats

 Rx+
  9 Ring Muscle Ups (6 for ladies)
   15 Shoulder Presses (100/63)
    21 Air Squats

Extra: Handstand & Double Under drills
