Five rounds for max reps of: 
 20 seconds of Strict Handstand Push-ups (25's+ABMAT/10's+ABMAT)
  40 seconds of Rest
 20 second Strict Pull-ups
  40 seconds of Rest

How many rounds can you do in 10 minutes of:
 10 Seated Shoulder Presses (pick load)
  10 Box Jumps (24/20)
   1 Rope Climb

For Rx+ use at least 35's/25's, do Box Jump Overs & climb legless (no jump for men).

Extra: 3x Muscle Snatch + 2x Power Snatch + 1x Squat Snatch
