Front Squat 5-4-3-2-1 reps at the same load (cleaned), then

How high can you go up the ladder in 14 minutes of:
 1 Knees To Elbows
  1 Push Press (pick your DB's or KB's)
   2 Knees To Elbows
    2 Push Presses
     3...3...4...4...5...

For Rx+ do Bar Muscle Ups & use at least 45's/30's.

Begin the workout with 800 meter Run or Row for Rx & 1 mile Run or Row for Rx+.

Go in teams of 2 if desired (nothing changes, you'll just get into higher rounds).
