 Chest To Bar Weighted Pull-ups 3-3-3-3-3, then

How many rounds can you do in 10 minutes of:
 10 Push Presses (pick your DB's or KB's)
  10 Box Jumps (24/20)
   1 Rope Climb

For Rx+ use at least 45's/30's, do Box Jump Overs & climb legless (first 3 for ladies, then regular is ok).
