   50 Push-ups
    30 Power Cleans (pick load)

Rx+ (20 min cap)
 700 meter Run or Row
  50 Push-ups
   30 Power Cleans
    50 Push-ups
     700 meter Run

If you want to do Rx+ in teams of 2 - leave reps the same and just go heavier on cleans. If 50 push-ups is pretty easy - stick with Rx+ solo flyer.
