Basic: 3 Position Power Snatch + Paused Overhead Squat
Advanced: 3 Position Squat Snatch (floor -> below knee -> above knee), then

   10 Wall Balls
    15 Swings (35/25)

 Rx+
  5 Ring Muscle Ups (3 for ladies)
   10 Swings (55/35)
    15 Wall Balls
