Hang Snatch 1-1-1-1-1..., then
In 14 minutes:
Run or Row 1 mile, then do max reps Power Cleans in time remaining
Run 1.5 mile, then do max reps Power Clean & Jerks in time remaining
Go solo or in teams of 2. Use max load from Hang Snatch or adjust as needed.
