    70 Wall Balls
     80 Sit-ups
      90 Calorie Row/60 for ladies (switch on the minute)

Rx+
 100 Calorie Row/75 for ladies (switch on the minute)
  100 Pull-ups
   100 Push-ups (hand release)
    100 Sit-ups
     100 Wall Balls
