In teams of 2 for time (solo do 1/2 reps)
Rx (30 min cap)
 700 meter Bumper Run (45/25 one carries) or 1000 meter Row
  60 Burpees
   50 Deadlifts (pick load)
    40 Burpees
     30 Hang Power Cleans (same load)
      20 Burpees
       10 Push Jerks (same load)

Rx+ (35 min cap)
 800 meter Bumper Run (45/25; both carry) or Row 1200 meters
  70 Burpees
   60 Deadlifts (pick load)
    50 Burpees
     40 Hang Power Cleans (same load) 
      30 Burpees
       20 Push Jerks (same load)
        10 Burpees
