CFEvo is still currently without power so the gym will be unfortunately closed until the power comes back on!

 

 

Push Press x3 + Jerk x1 (cleaned; no belts) superset with
Weighted Pull-up 3-3-3-3-3..., then

For time:
 Rx+ "Annie"
  50-40-30-20-10 reps for time of:
   Double Unders
    Sit-ups

For Rx+ do 40-30-20-10 reps (or 80-60-40-20 SU's if needed).
