Power Clean + Front Squat + Jerk (NO Squat Cleans!), then

How many rounds can you do in 10 minutes of:
 3 Deadlifts (pick load or use the same bar; no belts)
  7 Shoulder Presses (pick your DB's or KB's)
   21 Double Unders

Extra: Back Squat 5-5-5-5-5... (not all out, no belts)
