Labor Day (Monday, Sept 4) Schedule: 8 am and 9:30 am classes only!

Deadlift 3-3-3-3-3... (no belts), then

Ten rounds for time of:
 5 Box Jumps (24/20)
  3 Handstand Push-ups (25's+ABMAT/10's+ABMAT; 5 rds strict)
   1 Rope Climb

For Rx+ jump on 30/24, do HSPU's on 45's+AB/25's+AB & climb legless (ladies the first 5).

Extra: Snatch drills of any kind.
