Every 90-120 seconds with small increases for 5-7 sets do:
 Back Squat 3-3-3-3-3-3..., then

Rx (15 min cap)
 10 Chest To Bar Pull-ups
  20 Push-ups
   30 Pull-ups
    40 Push-ups

Rx+ (15 min cap)
 10 Push-ups
  20 Chest To Bar Pull-ups
   30 Push-ups
    40 Pull-ups
     50 Push-ups

Doing Rx+ with a partner is okay (it'll actually be a bit easier than Rx).

Extra: RDL + Shoulder Press 5-5-5-5-5... (not all out, just to stretch & warm-up)
