Three rounds for sum total of all reps of:
 45 seconds of Rowing (calories)
  45 seconds of Rest
 45 seconds of Sit-ups
  45 seconds of Rest
 45 seconds of 1 arm Snatches (55/35)
  45 seconds of Rest

Extra: Snatch drills of any kind
