Hang Clean & Jerk 1-1-1-1-1..., then

How high up the ladder can you go in 11 minutes of:
 1 Handstand Push-up (25's+ABMAT/10's+ABMAT)
  1 Power Clean (155/93 or pick load)
   2 Handstand Push-ups
    2 Power Cleans
     3 Handstand Push-ups
      3 Power Cleans...4...4...5...5...

For Rx+ do HSPU's on 45's+ABMAT/25's+ABMAT & use 185/113.

First 5 rounds of HSPU's must be strict for both Rx & Rx+.

Extra: Muscle Up practice of any kind (bar or rings).
