Every 90-120 seconds with small increases for 5-7 sets do:
 Front Squat 2-2-2-2-2-2... (2nd reps of each set is paused for 3-5 seconds - be aggressive on the 1st rep to save energy for the tough 2nd one), then

How many rounds can you do in 10 minutes of:
 5 Toes To Bar
  10 One Arm Shoulder Presses (pick load; total reps)
   15 Swings (same load as Press)

For Rx+ do Strict Toes To Bar & use at least 35/25.
