Practice Kip (Hollow/Arch) and Glide Kip if possible - warm-up by Ring Turnouts first, then

How many rounds can you do in 15 minutes of:
Rx
 9 Ring Dips
  15 Wall Balls
   21 Swings (35/25)

Rx+
 9 Ring Muscle Ups (6 for ladies)
  15 Swings (55/35 or more)
   21 Wall Balls

Go solo or in teams of 2 (reps stay the same - just get more rounds)

Begin the workout with 700 meter Run
