 800 meter Run or Row
  40 Strict Pull-ups
   60 Push-ups
    80 Sit-ups
     100 Squats
      800 meter Run or Row

Rx+
 800 meter Run
  50 Strict Pull-ups
   75 Push-ups (hand release)
    100 Sit-ups
     125 Squats
      800 meter Run

Do it in a vest if possible.
